Panarea - Stromboli

A charming mini-cruise to explore two of the most famous Aeolian Islands: the elegant Panarea and the volcanic Stromboli.

Suggestive mini cruise to explore two of the most famous Aeolian Islands, located to the north of Sicily, UNESCO world heritage site since 2000: the elegant Panarea and the volcanic Stromboli. The island of Panarea is very famous for its fine architecture and acquaintances of the international jet-set, while Stromboli, an island with a characteristic conical shape, is dominated by a perpetually active volcano . Departure by bus to the port of Milazzo in the northern coast and proceed to board a motorboat to the island of Panarea. Leisure ashore to visit a typical village, enjoy the beach and have lunch in the local restaurants (extra). Free shopping time in the typical shops on the island. Back onboard again. Having left Panarea, we will sail along the route of the inlets Basiluzzo, Spinazzola, Lisca Bianca, Dattilo, Bottaro, Lisca Nera and the rocks Panarelli and Formiche. All these, form a micro- archipelago between Panarea and the island of Stromboli. Transfer by boat to Stromboli, tour of the island on the ground until sunset. Return on board. Visit from the sea of the Sciara del Fuoco, highlight of the excursion. It is a slide of lava from where the magma comes out and from which you can clearly admire the explosions of the volcano. Eco-tax to be paid on board the bus not included. Return in the late evening. The conduct of maritime excursions is always subordinated to the decisions of the shipping companies and law enforcement authorities. The visits from the sea to the coast and to the “Sciara del Fuoco”, islands circumnavigation are subject to the weather conditions and at the discretion of the Commander. From end of September departure will be anticipated by one hour. In May and October, frequency will decrease. A penalty will be incurred in case of a no-show.

There will be other groups on board. The motorboat is equipped with bar and toilets. It is absolutely forbidden to consume takeaway food and/or drinks on board. Toilets are not accessible near the ports and therefore their use is permitted exclusively during navigation. Smoking is prohibited inside and outside our motor ships (there is an exception at the stern, in the embarkation and disembarkation area, authorized by our on-board staff).
