Enjoy a morning in Taormina learning how to prepare delicious Sicilian recipes with a master chef. After cooking, you will taste your creations and discuss them over a cheerful lunch.
Meeting at Porta Messina Restaurant with a coffee break and briefing. The day begins with a guided tour of the local market, where you will purchase the ingredients together with the chef, who will explain their use. The market is within walking distance of the restaurant where the class takes place.
The chef will then introduce the dishes you will prepare, including handmade pasta, and guide you through the cooking process. Once everything is ready, you will enjoy your creations accompanied by wine and beverages. Before leaving, you will receive an official certificate and a personalized apron as a souvenir of this special experience.
